Craig and Lon don’t want to go, they’re in it for the challenge to their hacking skills. When Craig gets arrested for an old minor heist, poorly covered up, Lon is suspected of complicity. Their future prospects ruined, they decide to flee by joining their friends.
Two things concern Daxton as he finds himself in the position of leadership. Can they survive this? Can they learn to live in a colony of God-fearers? An adventure and heist rolled into one.

Each stowaway has their own unique talents and personalities and backstory. Only one is a believer.
Hanes’ gift for storytelling continues to develop and she is best at showing the conflict of the stowaways as they plot their escape from earth.
I’m looking forward to where this story goes in book 5.
Highly recommend for speculative readers.
